Primary Healthcare Blueprint: Prevention, Screening and Monitoring of Chronic Disease

Hosted by Dr Aaron Fook Kay Lee, general practitioner, the session will introduce the symptoms, prevention and treatment of some common diseases among the elderly in the community, such as hypertension, heart disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, along with the function of Alzheimer's disease risk gene detection (APOE), to better prepare participants for the future Primary Healthcare Blueprint and facilitate the operation of community health centres.
